You don’t have to give up your favorite foods, but you do need to start taking care of your body. It’s not that we are meant to eat a lot of junk food and drink alcohol, but we are meant to pay attention to our food, to stop eating fast food, and to not drink too much coffee.

As much as we love all the things that come with living in the modern world, what we should not do is to give up any of those things that are keeping us from living. For example, you cannot expect to live 100 years if you don’t have a healthy diet and exercise regularly. It is important though, to realize that the longer you live, the more things you have to do. You should learn to take care of your body, to eat correctly and to exercise.

The health benefits of eating right and exercising regularly are well known, but it is equally important to keep your mind healthy. Many people have a tendency to just think that if they eat right or exercise, they can live to be 100. That is the opposite of how we should act. The fact is that we can live longer than 100 if we take care of our bodies and minds.
