The purpose of this short clip is to introduce you to the concept of the Three Levels of Self-Awareness.
It’s the idea that when you’re on autopilot you don’t even know you’re on autopilot. You don’t even know you’re on autopilot when you’re driving your car, for example. You don’t even know what you’re doing when you’re making a cup of coffee. You don’t know what you’re doing when you’re waiting in line, but everyone else in line probably is doing something.
For example, if youre on the phone, youre probably waiting for someone to pick up, or maybe youre waiting to get a text. If youre waiting in line, youre probably listening to one of your friends talking. So all of these are examples of people on autopilot, waiting for something.
Of course, this autopilot is bad news if youre doing these things in public. It means the people around you can see what youre doing, and you can actually get into trouble. It also means that youre not really doing anything. To put it bluntly, the people around you are probably doing something, but youre not even aware of it.
And this is why it’s so important to self-awareness. Because you can get into trouble if even the people around you are doing something that you are not aware of. If you’re thinking about something, you may not even be aware of it happening, or even if you are aware of it happening, you might still not be able to control it. This is especially true for people who are on autopilot.
If youre not aware of what is happening around you, you may have to use your conscious mind to control your actions. But if you can control your unconscious mind, then you can more easily control your actions and make it easier for you to reach your goals. You can control what you think and what you do by being aware of what is going on around you.
If you’re like most people, you tend to think about your thoughts and actions when you’re “on autopilot.” But if you know that you are on autopilot, you may be able to take more control over your actions by giving yourself some control over your thoughts. To do this, you need to develop a better awareness of the way you think. This is important because while you are on autopilot, you can sometimes get carried away thinking about one thing for too long.
This is exactly what happens in a lot of our day-to-day activities. We think about our thoughts and then go through a list of things we should be doing, sometimes even without thinking about it. These autopilot thoughts can cause us to act rashly, and that is a risk of being on autopilot. This is why it is important to develop this awareness.
