Well, “laugh at the world” probably isn’t the best way to describe it but I really like the word “laughter.” Laughing at the world is a natural human reaction to seeing something so absurd, like a fish in a cage, but it’s also a natural response to seeing something that seems crazy and absurd, like a clown in a tent.
Akshay K. has come to the conclusion that he is the laughing clown. He is not a clown at all but the clown of the entire world. An amnesiac, who’s life has been a constant nightmare, he is now the laughing clown. With his new powers of thought, he is able to perform one of the most awesome things a clown can do. He is the laughter of the entire world. And he is not happy about it.
In Deathloop, Akshay is stuck on a deserted island with no knowledge of what’s going on around him. He has no idea what’s happening in his own mind, since he was a party-loving clown with no recollection of his past. He is the laughing clown and he seems to be enjoying the ride.
Akshay also seems to be enjoying a new power, his ability to create a “garden of knowledge” from which he can learn the most useful things in life, like how to play pool. But this new knowledge seems to be more than Akshay can deal with. There is a man on the island who has turned his entire life around.
The team at the game needs to start looking at this new power, this new knowledge, this new intelligence, this new idea, this new wisdom, to know which is the most important information. So the team will start to see what akshay’s power is, what an example he can actually learn and what he can do to help it become more valuable.

The most important decision you will make when you are in your best health is to walk the line between being useful and not useful. The best leader is one who is not only really good, but also possesses the power to control your emotions. You have to have the strength to do that.
Akshay Kumar, a brilliant engineer, who was recently diagnosed with cancer, has decided that he wants to help out his loved ones with this project that he has been working on for quite some time.
