The thing is, we cannot control how other people think and feel about us, but we can control how we think and feel about ourselves. I call this self-awareness. Being self-aware means knowing what you are thinking, feeling, and doing, and then being able to act on it in a way that is healthy. When you are self-aware, you are happy, and you are happy when you are happy.

That’s what a lot of people don’t realize, but being aware of what you know and what you feel is a huge key to being happy.
The last time I checked a bunch of babs were doing it. I’d say to have a look at the first trailer, because I think the trailers have done a great job at making the main characters look like they are going to be very happy. The trailer is pretty close, but if you look at the last trailer you can see how babs are going to be happy.
What makes babs happy is knowing there are people out there who could make them happy. That makes the babs happy. Being happy about it is the same. It’s the same for every person. It’s the same for us. It’s the same for you.
