One of the biggest concerns I have is that I dont have any idea how I should do it. Ive never had to do anything like this before but Ive done some of my best work in the past.
I can tell you that the best way to climb stairs is not to make a big deal about it or feel guilty about it, but to just go for it. I can tell you the hardest part of it will be making sure that you dont fall off.
This past summer I climbed stairs after being forced to do so. In the time that it took me to do it, I managed to do 10 times as much as I did in the first half of my life. I am happy to say that this past week I just finished climbing 100 stairs, with a total ascent time of about 30 seconds.

In the book, she’s climbing up a flight of stairs, and climbing the stairs is done in a very precise way. All you have to do is climb the first few steps and then you are good to go. Then it’s just a case of you getting up the next few steps and you’re good to go.
The reason I say this is because I think it’s an important thing to note: When a person has bilateral knee replacement surgery, they often experience the sensation of a very tight knee that has to be strained to the point of pain. This means that you have to do a lot of hard work to get around the stairs, which can cause you to actually fall. This is actually a very common occurrence in the book.
