The last time I read about the “Three Levels of Self-Awareness” was in a book published in the 1980s called “The Five Mindfulness Trainings.” I found this interesting because it was written by a Buddhist monk. I am always looking for things to do with the mind of a Buddhist monk, and I am always impressed by the way they live their lives.

Dr. Kamal Runadive is an Indian scientist who is a proponent of mindfulness meditation and the Five Mindfulness Trainings. He’s also a member of the Zen and Mindfulness Society of the United States. He also works as a doctor in a hospital in India. He’s a very interesting person, with a lot of interesting ideas. Dr. Runadive is currently working on a new book about the Five Mindfulness Trainings.

I love that he takes a look at his own self-awareness and how it affects his life. For many of us, the idea that we are “only” aware of our thoughts and feelings and that it’s up to us to change them is a huge step in the wrong direction. It’s like saying, “Hey, you’re not really aware of your thoughts, but you’re a little more aware of how your life is going.

Dr Kamal ranadive is a clinical psychologist whose work focuses on the development of positive social skills and self-awareness. She researches how how to help people learn to become more self-aware.

Dr. Kamal runsadive has a bit of a reputation for being anti-intellectual. She has said that many people who come to her for help with their social skills are actually quite bright. Her book “The Consciousness Connection” is a good resource for people who are looking to develop their social skills.

Dr. Kamal runsadive is currently working on a book called The Consciousness Connection. The book is a collection of essays about how to build awareness in yourself and your relationships. It’s written by a bunch of psychologists and experts on self-awareness. The book will be published in February 2011.
