After being at her best in the world of fashion, giani zail singh has now become a superstar in the business of cooking for celebrities.
She is currently the face of the Indian restaurant chain, Gogi Madrasa. She has been cooking for many of India’s famous personalities like Aamir Khan and Sonam Kapoor. Her cooking is so impressive, she got her own restaurant in Mumbai, and plans to open a ghi-ghee restaurant in London.
One of my favorite things about Zail Singh is that she makes it look so easy. I can’t tell you how many times I have been watching her show and she has already made a dish and is just preparing it for the guest of honor. She also makes it look so effortless. She is very good at using the correct amounts of salt and spices so that the dish turns out just as delicious as it looks.
I’m not sure I would ever try to make ghi-ghee. But I do love that she makes it look so effortless.
