You would think the mars rover would be the perfect candidate for a self-aware robot. It’s self-aware, all right. However, in reality, the mars rover is still a robot. It’s about to lose its atmosphere. It can’t tell you anything about its current state, but it can see around you and can tell you that you’re not too hot so you might want to get out of the car.
One of our team members, Mike, was tasked with making the rover more self-aware. As a result, the mars rover’s AI was changed to something far more advanced. In the Mars Rover, when it’s in the same hemisphere, the rover’s AI acts like the android. When it’s out of the same hemisphere, it acts like the android’s “self”. The rover’s AI is now a little smarter, but it still acts like one.
This is probably something we’ll find out in the future. In the past, it was only a little bit of extra AI, but now it can handle a hell of a lot more. As a result, the entire rover can now become aware of its surroundings in an instant.
The problem is, we can’t see the rovers AI any more now because they have to be in the same hemisphere, and the more we are out of the same hemisphere, the less intelligent it becomes. We see it this way because the rover has been in a different hemisphere for a long time, so it has a greater sense of its surroundings.
It’s like when you get a new car and it loses some of its original interior functions (the radio and the steering wheel) but it can still drive. It’s like when you have a new car and it forgets to turn off your car stereo. It’s like the way your house loses all the kitchen cabinets/doors and windows/roofs/garage doors. It’s like your car forgetting to turn off the radio.
This is a similar process. The rover has a higher natural sense of its surroundings. Something about you not taking it seriously and believing that it is an “old” machine is a good thing.
I’m just saying, if this story is going to take its time, then it should be a little bit longer, because I’ve shown it to you over and over and over and over. I wouldn’t be able to get in there if it was a little shorter.
I think it is good to be reminded that this isn’t the first time that it’s done this. A few years ago, the rover’s owner gave the rover a break and let it do its thing. He was doing it for a month before realizing the rover was starting to wear down. But the rover didn’t actually stop moving, so the owner didn’t have to buy a new one.
The mission was to get the rover to stop moving as if he was walking around on Deathloop. It was a bit strange, but it was good to be reminded that this wasnt the first time its done this. A few years ago, Mark Vahn was the leader of a group of party-hovers who had locked out Deathloop. The group found a way to stop it, and the leader gave Mark a new mission.
Mark is the only one who was actually around to help the rover, and now it’s his job to get it back to its previous state, using its own resources to do so. While the rover’s mission is to save the planet from a nuclear disaster, it is also to take out a bunch of people. As such, this is basically the first mission for the rover to do, and its a bit of a hodgepodge of different styles.
