We’ve all heard of Kundalini, the energy field that supposedly is at the root of our mind and body-body connection. We know it is an energy field that surrounds the Earth and is considered by many to be the primary source of life.
I don’t know about you but I’ve never been big on the idea of a “deep sub-conscious.” It is very difficult to explain exactly what they mean by it. In Kundalini meditation, you can actually visualize your head as a vibrating ball and learn to let go of your ego, your physicality, and your physical limitations. This allows you to experience the “energy” of the body, of your mind, and of everything in your physical world, all at once.
The ancient Indian sages refer to Kundalini as “the queen of the ocean.” It’s a word that has become a catchall term for the various subtle energies we experience in our bodies. Kundalini is the energy of the subconscious mind, the seat of all our fears, and the source of all our mental and emotional conflicts. It is also said that Kundalini is the root cause of all illness and all disease.
Kundalini is often referred to as the female energy of the body because of its powerful capacity to manifest from the physical body into the etheric body, the realm of the mind. As one of the most powerful energies, Kundalini can be accessed via the body’s meridian system (the pathways between the body and the meridian system of the body) or it can be accessed from other sources (such as within the crown chakra).
Kundalini can be accessed through the meridian system. The meridians are the lines of energy that connect the physical body to the etheric body. Kundalini can also be accessed from other sources such as within the crown chakra.

This is a good time to talk about the crown chakra, a meridian system, and the power of the meridian system.
The crown chakra is one of the most powerful meridian systems, specifically located in the base of the skull, specifically in the pituitary region. It is a meridian system that runs from the pituitary to the forehead and throughout the body. The more Kundalini you have in your body, the more energy you can flow through your body and into your cells.
Since Kundalini is a meridian system that runs from the pituitary to the forehead and throughout the body, it’s important to understand that the more energy you have, the more you have to focus on. The more energy you have, the more you can focus on your breathing, the more you can focus on your mind, and the more you can focus on your hands, the more you can focus on your feet, and the more you can focus on what you are doing.
