If you are like my friend, I’m talking to you, and you are trying to find yourself, then you might be in a time loop, because your mind is in a time loop. You can’t see your past, but you have a list of things you want to accomplish. Your mind is like a huge, time-lapse video camera that is recording all your thoughts and doing all the work. But in reality it is a good idea in that if you are constantly thinking about your actions you will be constantly making them.
