I don’t know about you, but I actually find myself thinking about sleep more and more in the night and want to get more sleep. I like my sleep. But for some people, getting more sleep can be a challenge. Some people’s sleep is so irregular that they can’t fall asleep without some assistance. They may need to take a nap, but I would think this would be problematic for most people.
