If you think you might be experiencing other mental health problems, you may want to seek help. For instance, if you feel you’re having panic attacks, anxiety attacks, or are having nightmares, you may want to see a therapist.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress, and one of the reasons that people have difficulties with their relationships. Anxiety occurs if you feel over-anxious, which is often when you have a fear that you are not good enough. If you struggle with anxiety or anxiety-related conditions, you need to recognize the signs that youre experiencing anxiety and be able to talk about it.
