The first thing to note about having a comfortable, supportive bed that you can actually sleep on is that it allows you to do so without the constant pressure of being awake.
Well, if you don’t have a lot of bed space, sleeping in your bed might not be the best choice. This is because you tend to be more aware in the early morning hours than you are in the late afternoon and evening hours. People who sleep in their beds usually don’t get enough sleep.
If you are a fan of the old school, sleep sitting up like a cat in a cage. This leads to you being awake almost all the time and tends to result in an insomniac.
The good news is that you can overcome this by sleeping in your bed. The bad news is that you tend to wake up every time you sleep. You know when you are awake. You know when you are not. While you can’t completely conquer your sleepiness by just getting a good night’s sleep, you can get better sleep by sleeping in your bed.
