This article is a good example of what I mean by self-aware. It is about the process through which, people gain a sense of self.

I am writing this article because this is a really big question, and because there are so many opinions about what is the best way to approach this. I’m not going to get into the debate. I’m just going to assume that you’re interested.

The problem with self-awareness is that it is a subjective thing. If you put some water on a piece of toast and then put a piece of paper with a question on the edge of the glass and then put some water on that paper, does it come to the same conclusion? No. So self-awareness is subjective.

But for all the self-awareness that exists in the world, it isn’t always easy to get rid of. The problem is that it’s very easy to forget that we’re on autopilot, so our awareness of ourselves tends to drift away, and so we end up on autopilot. I know that sounds like a huge contradiction, but it’s an accurate description of how we can forget that we’re in the wrong.

This is a very different kind of self-awareness than self-awareness of ourselves. And self-awareness is subjective. We need to think about what to do when we are on autopilot.

That’s the essence of being on autopilot. You can’t control it. It’s all a matter of choice.

In short, our awareness of ourselves tends to drift away, and so we end up on autopilot.

We are not on autopilot. We have to think about what we have to do on autopilot.

I think this is why we are often so confused about “self-awareness.” It is a state of being aware without actually being aware of what is happening. We think that if we are aware, then we are ready to be self-aware, but in most cases it is an illusion. We are usually just too focused on “what I should be doing” to be aware of our own emotions or thoughts.

Our mind has the power to make us aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions, but our minds also have the power to make us unaware. Because of this, we often end up running around on autopilot, feeling like we are somewhere else or doing something else, but really we are just waiting for the right time to go back to the same place and do it again.
